Penetrating Sealer

Penetrating Sealer is a non-film forming (invisible), fast-acting, deep penetrating sealer for porous masonry surfaces. It provides lasting protection and water resistance. When applied, Penetrating Sealer reaches deep into the pore structure creating a breathable, highly water-resistant surface which in most applications, will not allow water to penetrate. On above-ground exterior masonry, Penetrating Sealer helps preserve the surface from spalling, cracking, discoloration, and efflorescence. It also reduces staining and helps maintain the surface clean.
